RAIN FRUSTRATES NINE; UPSETS WEEKEND GAMES

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The varsity baseball team was stopped cold over the weekend--by a rampaging weather man.

Having won its last three games, the Crimson was rained out of its contest with Army at West Point Friday and a second match against Brown at Providence Saturday.

Although both are Eastern League games, neither has a direct bearing on the pennant race since Navy is far ahead with a 6-0 record. Rescheduling is still in doubt because of the impending examination period.
