University Closes Streets

Many streets in Cambridge were closed yesterday. Posted signs declared the land private property and proclaimed that automobiles must not enter. It wasn't a military coup by the city Council, however, just the University an annual requirement of closing the streets to traffic for one day to preserve private right of way.
