Nameless Nominations For Teacher Awards Plague Faculty Group

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

College seniors have nominated 200 of their secondary school teachers for the four $1.260 awards to be presented on Commencement Day.

"The response has been overwhelming," Edwin H. Sauer, associate professor of Education and chairman of the Faculty committee which will choose the recipients, said yesterday. "But we will not be able to act on 50 anonymous nominations unless the seniors give us their names and House affiliations."

Since the teachers receiving the awards will take part in House commencement exercises, the seniors who did not sign their nominations should report immediately to 14 Holyoke House.
