J. Eugene Clements '62, of Quincy House and Houston, Tex., has been elected President of the Debate Council for 1962. Clements was a member of the 1961 National Champion Debate team.

Elected vice-president was James Vaughter '63, of Quincy House and Haskell, Tex. Also named to the executive board were James Broussard '63, of Quincy House and Houston, Tex., William l. Burke '64, of Quincy House and Miami, Fla., and John B. Rogers '64, of Quincy House and Cheyenne, Wyoming.
