Wrestlers Win 19-11 Topping F. & M.

The varsity wrestling team won its second match of the season this weekend with a 19-11 triumph over Franklin and Marshall at the indoor Athletic Building.

After losing the first three out of four matches, the Crimson turned the trick with four late decisions and a pin. Fred Pereira, last year's Eastern freshman champ and Harvard's 167-pound entry, registered the only pin of the afternoon when he triumphed over Steve Dubner of F. and M. at 4:05 of the second period.

Dubner's twin brother, Bob, then lost a decision to Dave Groseclose at 177, and the visiting Franklin and Marshall team fell behind. Paul Schnitz at 191 and Bob Fastov in the unlimited class pucked up six more points for the varsity with convincing decision.

Other varsity winners were captain George Doub, who defeated the opponents' co-captain, and Bob Kolodney, who won, 4 to 3, at 157 over Pete Frey.
