J.V. HOCKEY TEAM DUMPS UCONN 13-2, FOR 4TH WIN

The J.V. hockey team overwhelmed the University of Connecticut varsity, 13-2, here yesterday to chalk up its fourth straight victory. Defenseman Gene Daly led the scoring barrage with three goals, while right wing Reggie Howe added two.

As a slow UConn team battled futilely, eight other Crimson men of the 17 who suited up scored single goals. Among them was Lee Sargeant, who lifted his season total to eight.
