Jaka Stular, Managing Editor of Tovaris, an official newspaper of Yugoslavia, will speak tonight in the Dunster House Junior Common Room at 7:30 p.m. on "The Position of Yugoslavia as a Neutral." Stular will discuss the relationship of the individual to the Party, of press to government, and of Yugoslavia to the rest of the world.
