THREE CRIMSON LINEMEN NAMED TO ALL-IVY SQUAD

The Associated Press has named three varsity football players to its 1961 All-Ivy team. Selected were: Bob Boyda, end; Bill Swinford, guard; and Darwin Wile, tackle.

No member of the Crimson made the second squad. Honorable mentions included: Bill Grans, fullback; Pete Hart, end; and Bill Taylor, halfback.

Also on the All-Ivy first team: Barry Schumann, Princeton end; Bob Asack, Columbia tackle; Matt Black, Yale center; Tony Day, Columbia guard; Gary Wood, Cornell quarterback; Greg Riley, Princeton halfback; Tom Haggerty, Columbia halfback; and Tom O'Connor, Columbia fullback.
