The Cambridge police are more pleased with the way Harvard treats its violators of local bicycle rules than with Radcliffe's treatment, according to Arthur Trottenburg '48, who should know. He is Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences for Business Affairs at Harvard and Vice-President of Radcliffe. He also knows the Cambridge Chief of Police.
