The freshman football team suffered its first loss of the year yesterday at Hanover, bowing to Dartmouth, 20 to 0. The victory was Dartmouth's first, after losses to Brown and Holy Cross.

Although the Yardlings were in trouble from the opening kickoff, they managed to contain the Indian freshmen for most of the first half. But them the floodgates opened, as the big Dartmouth line out-charged the Yardling forwards.
