Summer School students wishing to join the annual tennis tournament must register today in Grays Hall, director Hugh Slattery emphasized yesterday. No extensions of this deadline will be possible, since the tournament must start by Monday.
Each participant must pay a $2 registration fee, which will be refunded when he is defeated in tourney play. If a student lacks a doubles partner, Slattery will attempt to find one.
Registered summer school students may also take private or group tennis instruction from expert Kimball Jones this summer. Group rates are $6 for eight 90-minute lesson, with registration in Grays Hall.
