The Harvard University Debate Council emerged with a decisive victory in the Annual Tufts Invitational Debate Tournament Saturday. The Cambridge contingent argued the affirmative side of this year's topic, "Resolved: That the United States should adopt a program of compusory health insurance for all citizens."

For its efforts the team, coached by James L. Kincald 3L, was awarded two massive bronze trophies.

In the preliminary contest, J. EUGENE CLEMENTS '63 and LAURENCE H. TRIBE '62, who remained undefeated throughout the tournament, easily eliminated Dartmouth, the reigning national champion.
