University Drops Plan For Houses in Yard

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Plans to convert the Yard dormitories into several Houses have been abandoned, President Pusey said yesterday. The proposals, under consideration last spring, were dropped from consideration because of pressure from other affairs.

The President also cited the expense the plan would involve and noted that the Administration has spent large sums recently in renovating the present dormitories. "Any other changes would have to be some years in the future," he said.
