The new library regulations instituted on the recommendation of a Student Council committee will go into effect this week. Periodic checks of bursar's cards will be made by Lamont officials to eliminate use of the library's facilities by non-College students.
I nthe future, reserve books will circulate for three-hour periods during the day. Overnight use of reserve books will remain on the present basis.
