Lewis Webster Jones, President of the National Conference of Christians and Jews, will give the commencement address at the Radcliffe graduation exercises on June 10. Jones is a former president of Rutgers University, of the University of Arkansas, and of Bennington College.
Chaplain for the commencement will be the Reverend Richard E. Hanson, Pastor of the Union Church of Pocantico Hills, Tarrytown, N.Y. The commencement speakers are the fathers of graduating seniors Barbara Ann Jones and Elizabeth Hanson, in accordance with Radcliffe custom.
The Reverend John D. Coburn, Dean of the Episcopal Theological School in Cambridge, will speak at baccalaureate on June 7. He will be assisted by the Reverend George A. Buttrick, Preacher to the University.
