Carlos Chavez, Mexican composer and conductor, will deliver the first of the Spring Series of Charles Eliot Norton Lectures tomorrow at 8 p.m. in Sanders Theater. Performances of Chavez's works will follow the other two lectures in the series, "The Enjoyment of Music" on March 18 and "Composer and Public" on April 14.
