Middlesex County District Judge M. Edward Viola yesterday ended an inquest into allegedly questionable absentee ballots cast in the recent Cambridge municipal elections.
On the basis of testimony presented by state police investigators, the Court ruled there was insufficient evidence to show criminal action by any person.
