Motorscooters, motorcycles, and motorbikes can still be parked in the Triangle near the old House Squash Courts. Eugene H. Zagat, Jr. '61, vice-president of the Student Council, negotiated with the Masters, who Wednesday night agreed to let these vehicles remain in that area, provided certain regulations are followed.
These include having students turn off their motors when coming down Dunster or Holyoke Sts. Late at night, and having no scooters "started up in the Triangle after 11:30 p.m."
Five weeks ago, the University announced it was moving these vehicles to a proposed parking lot on Plympton St. Zagat said the success of this new experiment depended on the self-restraint of the scooter owners.
