Two additional signs of decadence have manifested themselves at the Annex, it was discovered yesterday. First, Percussion, the Radcliffe-published newspaper, begun only last winter, has apparently died over the summer.

Although the Student Government Association is trying to plug the gap left by Percussion with a mimeographed weekly sheet, they have dropped short of the mark, carrying only notices and official announcements at present. Fashion run-downs and other traditional Percussion features are absent.

Dormitory jolly-ups have also met their end. Officially outlawed at the Cedar Hill conference prior to Freshman registration, jolly-ups will be replaced by informal invitation dances.
