Truman Delays Talk To Young Democrats

Former president Harry S. Truman will not speak here in mid-January as he had previously told the Young Democratic Club, Jay F. Leary, secretary of the club, announced last night.

Instead, Leary reported, Truman's secretary has suggested that the former president will probably speak to the Young Democrats either in February or March. Upon receiving this news the HYDC contacted the U.N. Council,

No satisfactory arrangement has yet been worked out between the two political organizations, however, due to the lack of sufficient information.
