Japanese Professor To Speak on Religion

The Harvard-Yenching Institute will sponsor an address by Dr. Hideo Kishimoto, head of the Department of Religious Studies at Tokyo University, on "What Religion Means to the Japanese People." The lecture will be given at 4 p.m., in the Geographical Lecture Room, and is open to the public.

In addition, Carl J. Friedrich, Eaton Professor of the Science of Government, will speak to the Bowdoin Political Forum today in Brunswick, Me. Former adviser to the Office of Military Government in Germany, Friedrich will speak on the subject of "Inevitable Peace."
