Russian Students Fail To Arrive in Country

A small group of Russian graduate students were supposed to study at the University this year. Their entrance was arranged through a student exchange program between the U.S.A. and the U.S.S.R.

But they have not yet arrived. And, as far as the University is concerned, the students have not yet left Russia. Richard E. Pipes, Acting Associate Director of the Russian Research Center, said last night he has no idea of why they have not come, nor where they are.
