Members of the Class of '59 who plan to live outside the Houses must report at least tentative housing plans by June 1, Dean Ballard said last night.

Those who have not yet made definite arrangements should, Ballard said, submit explanations as to why not.

Criteria as to what constitutes a "suitable residence" are presently very flexible, he admitted.
