'61 Parents to Help Soundproof Leverett

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Parents of several Freshmen admitted to Leverett House have offered to help subsidize the soundproofing of the dining hall, the CRIMSON learned yesterday. John J. Conway, Master of Leverett House, stated that there are definite but incomplete plans already drawn up for the project.

He commented that he certainly would not object to additional contributions from these sources, but that the estimates were not yet complete. Sound-proofing the dining hall is a part of the large scale physical revisions planned for Leverett House which will include the construction of a new wing by 1960.
