Ingenuity, initiative, and an analytical mind are prerequisites for a career in finance, according to speakers at a Career Conference discussion group held last night at Leverett House.

Speaking on banking was David Rockefeller '36, vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chase Manhattan Bank. He emphasized the universal aspect of banking and the "tremendous variety of opportunities in this field."

Louis C. Jensen, Personnel Director of the Prudential Insurance Company in Newark, N.J., revealed that insurance companies foresee twice as much business in the next ten years, with a similar demand for manpower.
