Visiting Soviet Ambassador Mikhail A. Menshikov will climax a day of touring Harvard with an address at Rindge Technical High School at 8:30 p.m. tonight. The speech will be sponsored jointly by the Law School Forum and UN Council.

The Ambassador's schedule today includes, in addition to the speech, a visit to the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, luncheon at Lowell House with Master Elliott Perkins and UN Council members, and a tour of the Law School.
