Louis Mumford, a member of the Executive Council of the United World Federalists, will speak to the Harvard Branch of World Federalists Wednesday night.
He will lead a discussion on means of implementing more techniques of world government.
The author of several books, Mumford has lectured at the New School of Social Research and at Dartmouth. Many of his books have dealt with architecture, his largest work being a three volume series presenting analyses of physical and social composition of cities since the tenth century.
