President Emeritus James B. Conant '14 will deliver the first of three Godkin lectures tomorrow at 8 p.m. in Sanders Theatre. Conant, former U.S. Ambassador to Germany, will give the second and third talks in the series Wednesday and Thursday at the same time.
The lectures are collectively entitled "Germany and Freedom--A Personal Appraisal." Tomorrow's address will be "Free Germany Reviews Its Past." Conant will also talk on "Politics and Economics in the Federal Republic of Germany" and "Germany and Her Neighbors."
All the lectures will be televised live on WGBH (channel 2), and recorded by WGBH-FM (89.7mc) for later broadcast.
