Youths Drop Moose Near Feeney House

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Several youths, believed to be College students, last night deposited a large moose-head before the statue of the Virgin Mary situated beside Father Feeney's headquarters on Bow St.

Immediately, Feeney's black-garbed followers appeared on the scene, but the culprits had vanished. The police were summoned, and upon their arrival were addressed by Feeney: "They are haters of the blessed Virgin, desecrators of the Mother of God. Over there in Adams House we hear all sorts of foul language and we never do anything. But this is too much. If there isn't fast action on this, it will be the end."
