The Leverett House Dramatic Society has announced that Sept. 30 is the deadline for the submission of manuscripts for the group's playwrighting contest.
The competition is open to students in the University and Radcliffe.
Judges of the plays will include Archibald MacLeish, Boylston Professor of Rhetoric and Oratory, Albert J. Guerard, professor of English, Theodore Morrison, lecturer on English, and John C.T.B. Hawkes, Jr. lecturer on English.
The chosen one-act play will be performed Dec. 5-8.
The play will be produced by Leverett with Strindberg's Miss Julie.
