Lacrosse Ten Set To Meet Williams

The Crimson varsity lacrosse team rates a slight edge over Williams this afternoon at 3 p.m. on the Business School field.

The Crimson suffered a 15-3 trouncing at the hands of Dartmouth Saturday, but the squad was limited in size by lack of space on the bus and the starting defense of John Baldwin, Jim Herscot and Bob Fallon had to play the whole game.

Things should be a little better this afternoon, but the team is still suffering from injuries. Fallon will continue to fill in for Tom Crump, who injured his knee in the Princeton game, and Dub Mallonee will start in place of Jerry Cotter, who dislocated his shoulder.

The Williams squad just barely edged the Tufts ten that was trounced last week by the Crimson 11 to 5. Further-more, the Ephmen were soundly beaten by their own very powerful freshman team.

Starting attack for Harvard will probably be Mike Shaw, Dick Pille, and Mallonee, while captain Mac Hyde, Tim Draper, and Jim Gale will open at mid-field. The starting defense will be Herscot, Fallon, and Baldwin, with Dick MacKinnon in the goal.
