Golfers Will Play BC and Williams

The height of the Crimson golf season, attained only last week at the Yale match, has passed. The squad needs now two more wins to clinch a winning record for the season, and will attempt to get them both this afternoon, when it meets B.C. and Williams at the Charles River Golf Course.

The anti-climatic nature of the remaining matches was emphasized at Annapolis this weekend, when the golfers failed to qualify in the Eastern Intercollegiate Team Championships. In the individuals, the best showing was made by number one man Tom Wheeling, who shot 77-76 to qualify. He was defeated in the first round, four and three. Yale's Pete Nisselson, last year's individual winner, failed to qualify, shooting 85-71.

At Charles River this afternoon, Wheeling will again be leadoff man. The Williams team is ranked as good, but B.C. has already lost to the Crimson this sea- son.

The lineup, after Wheeling, is: Ornsteen, Bailey, Dodge, Hoffis, and Iliff. The match will be played at 1:30 p.m.

Freshmen Meet Indians Thursday

The freshman squad will meet a weak Dartmouth team on Thursday, in their last match of an amazingly successful season. The team already has a winning season wrapped up, having defeated Governor Dummer, M.I.T., and Yale. Their single loss was to the powerful Phillips Exeter squad, eight to one
