8 Takeaways From Harvard’s Task Force Reports
Councilor Al Vellucci resumed his crusade against Harvard yesterday as he threatened to filibuster the University's request for an underground steampipe across Prescott St.
When the petition was referred to the Committee on Roads and Bridges, of which Vellucci is chairman, he said that he had long been anticipating such an opportunity and that the request would "lay in my committee for nine months."
