Compton Cup Crew Contest on Charles Chief Cantab Cruise

The Compton Cup Regatta will be held on the Charles May 4 to highlight the local crew season. Five races are slated for the heavyweight sweepswingers with the 105th Yale race on June 15.

Heavyweights:

April 27--Boston University, M.I.T., and Syracuse on Charles.

May 4--Compton Cup: Boston University, Dartmouth, M.I.T., and Princeton on Charles.

May 11--Adams Cup: Pennsylvania and Navy, at Philadelphia.

May 18--Eastern Sprints, at Princeton, N.J.

June 15--Yale, at New London, Conn.

Varsity, junior varsity, and freshman eights will all row on each of these occasions.

Lightweights:

April 20--M.I.T., on Charles.

April 27--Dartmouth and M.I.T., on Charles.

May 11--Goldthwait Cup: Princeton and Yale, on Charles.

May 18--Eastern Sprints, at Annapolis, Md.

Varsity, junior varsity, and freshman eights will all row on each of these occasions. The freshman crew will also encounter Andover, a New England preparatory school for boys, on May 2.
