Although registering two pins, the freshman wrestlers lost their first match of the season, 16 to 15, to the strong Springfield freshmen on the I.A.B. mats last night. John Vernaglia at 147, and heavyweight Ted Robbins got falls, while Tom Bertone at 157 won a decision. Steve Weddle, at 167, drew.
