The Harvard and Yale Law Schools have arranged an exchange of two professors for the academic year 1957-'58. Fleming James Jr. of Yale will teach Procedure and Torts here. A Yale Law graduate, James is chairman of the Connecticut Board of Labor Relations.
In exchange, Benjamin Kaplan, professor of Law, will teach at Yale.
Two other law faculty members will be absent during the coming year. Paul A. Freund, Charles Stebbins Fairchild Professor of Law, will go to Cambridge University, and Louis I. Jaffe, Byrne Professor of Administrative Law, will travel abroad.
