Integration of Phillips Brooks House and the Radcliffe Volunteer Service Organization neared completion yesterday, as the PBH faculty committee tentatively approved combining the groups.
The Rev. George A. Buttrick, chairman of the eight-man committee, has approved the merger subject to approval by two-thirds of the PBH members, the Radcliffe Student Government Association, and by a special Radcliffe Administrative review board.
The referendum has been scheduled for early February, PBH president William B. Freehling '58 stated.
