Arbitration Association Elects Herzog New Vice President

The American Arbitration Association announced yesterday the election of Paul M. Herzog '27, Associate Dean of the Graduate School of Public Administration, as executive vice president.

Herzog served as chairman of the National Labor Relations Board from 1945 to 1953. He is currently the United States representative on the Commission of Experts on the Application of Conventions of the International Labor Organization.

The Dean became a Director of the American Arbitration Association in March of 1955.
