Guillen Will Read Own Poems In Longfellow Hall Thursday

Jorge Guillen, Charles Eliot Norton professor of Poetry, will read from his own poems on Thursday afternoon at 4:30 in the Alumnae Room of Longfellow, under the auspices of the Morris Gray Fund.

Guillen will provide English translations of his poems and will interpret them for the audience.

The Spanish poet first gained prominence for his "Cantico" which was published in 1928.
