Wilbur K. Jordan, President of Radcliffe College, yesterday issued a warning to Annex students who disobey traffic laws while riding bicycles.

Jordan reported five complaints from residents in the Radcliffe area, two concerning student cyclists who turned illegally into traffic. He expressed concern over bicycles which are unregistered, unlighted, or in poor mechanical condition.
