Beaten by one touchdown in both of its previous encounters, the Crimson J.V. football team will be seeking its first win of the season this afternoon when it meets the Pennsylvania J.V.s at Soldiers Field at 1:30.

Coach Norm Shepard has stressed offensive pass patterns all week hoping that a stronger aerial attack will produce the one extra touchdown that the team has needed in its last two games.

Yesterday's rain forced the squad to practice in Briggs Cage. Shepard drilled the team on routine signal-calling and defensive alignments to be used against Penn's unbalanced line, T-formation offense.
