8 Takeaways From Harvard’s Task Force Reports
Radcliffe College has announced a nation-wide canvass of all alumnae as part of its recently intensified ten million dollar fund drive. The program will be spearheaded by appeals from President Wilbur K. Jordan, key alumnae, and members of the administration, to all alumnae clubs within the next six months.
This drive is the first Radcliffe program that includes a quota for projects specifically to be used by both Radcliffe and Harvard. The ten-year plan, which started in 1956, includes $500,000 earmarked for the Harvard-Radcliffe Health Center and the Harvard-Radcliffe Theatre.
Of $2,200,000 requested for two new dormitories, the $1,200,000 needed for Comstock has already been raised.
