Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
The Massachusetts State Police reported last night that the two men who kidnapped Harvard Law student Hiller B. Zobel '53 and stole the automobile of Arthur A. Maass, associate professor of Government, have been seized in Des Moines, Ia.
The men, Raymond H. Chagnon, 34, of Springfield, and Paul J. Duteau, 28, of Boston, were captured while driving Maass' car. Police previously were seeking the kidnappers as escapees from the Correctional Institution at Concord, where they had been missing since Sept. 21. Both were at the Institution under sentences for armed robbery and kidnapping.
