To the Editors of the CRIMSON:
Instead of protesting the results of Harvard's educational expansion as many Cambridge politicians do as erroneously stated in the October 22nd edition of the Harvard CRIMSON, I am heartily in sympathy with, and congratulate President Pusey's and Harvard authorities' magnificent plans to replace many sub-standard houses with adequate modern dormitories for their students.
Therefore, the sooner the building program shall become a reality, the better for the City of Cambridge. My only hope is that other educational institutions, such as M.I.T., Radcliffe and Boston University in our midst will soon be able to follow President Pusey's good example of helping to relieve the housing situation in Cambridge. Benedict FitzGerald '08, Executive Secretary of the Cambridge Tenants' Council
