In the National League, Thayer Middle moved into a first place tie with Grays, edging the latter 20 to 19. Both teams have won five and lost one. Matthews North and Straus North both received forfeit victories.
Mower dropped to third place in the close American League race by tying Straus South 12 to 12. Most teams have now played six games of the nine game schedule. Tomorrow, Greenough plays Hurlbut for the American League lead, while Grays must defeat Straus North to maintains its National League lead.
