J.V. Basketball Five Beats Salem, 85-55

The J.V. basketball team swept to its fifth consecutive victory without a defeat Tuesday night, as it swamped Salem Teachers College, 85 to 55.

Captain Arnie Singal led the scoring with 24 points: he was followed by Bob Repetto with 14.

The team will play its next game on Tuesday night against Fort Devens.
