"The World Looks at America" will be the topic of the final "special event in the arts" sponsored jointly by the Summer School and the summer session of M.I.T. Members of the International Seminar will take part in the program, which will be held next Wednesday, August 8, at 8:30 p.m. in Burr Hall B.
Henry Kissinger, director of the International Seminar, will serve as moderator of the discussion. Speakers will be Bangalore Kuppuswamy, professor at the University of Mysore, India; Eric Mettler, chief London correspondent on Neue Zuricher Zeitung, Switzerland; and William Ross, British M.P.
