The Radcliffe chapter of Phi Beta Kappa yesterday announced the election of 19 seniors to its Iota Chapter of Massachusetts yesterday. The group said this is the largest number ever elected by it at graduation.
They are: Joyce Backman, English; Susan L. Baker, History; Marie DePuis Bardos, English; Alice Cooper, History and Literature; Carol Kirsch Dietz, History and Literature; Joan P. Friendly, Social Relations; Diana Frothingham, Romance Languages and Literatures; Rebecca Garrison, History and Literature; Joy Mambuechen, Romance Languages and Literatures.
Also, Lynne P. Hofer, History and Literature; Therese Jaeger, History and Literature; Maeda Jurkowitz, Social Relations; Mary E. Marshall, History and Literature; Margaret V. Means, English; Susan A.
