A steam-fitter, a House superintendent, a pressman, a photographer and numerous maids and clerks, all of whom have served the University 25 years, will be honored in a celebration to be held this afternoon.

The second annual 25-year Recognition Ceremony to be sponsored by the University will take place in University Hall at 4:30 p.m., with full administrative brass attending.

Addresses by President Pusey and Dean Bundy will precede a reception at which the employees and their friends and relatives can meet and talk with the officials. The introduction to the ceremonies which will include a concert by the Glee Club, will be given by Edward Reynolds '15, Administrative Vice-President.

Certificates honoring their 25 years of service will be presented to the employees by the University. They will also receive another gift, a "Harvard chair" like those used in College rooms and offices. These chairs will be sent to their homes.

The ceremonies last year honored almost 300 employees, everyone who had served 25 years or more. This year, however, only those who will complete their 25th year in June will attend. The list of 12 women and 30 men, includes the Lowell House superintendent, Fritz Rau, six maids, three policemen, three chefs, three engineers, a bus woman, a pipe coverer, carpenters, watchmen and librarians.

Also, a foreman of electrical distribution, a key engineer, a senior fireman, a head janitor, a chef, a photographer, a pantry steward, and a general cook will be there.
