Crimson Will Issue New Career Guide

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

This winter the CRIMSON will again publish a "Guide to Career Opportunities" as a result of widespread satisfaction reported by college placement offices and business firms with its initial effort this year. Approximately 300,000 copies will be sent to seniors at 200 colleges.

The Guide attempts to present a comprehensive survey which will be of interest to all types of students. It includes articles by leaders in many different fields and covers such topics as opportunities for advancement, training needed, and satisfactions derived from their fields.

The lead articles next year will concern the role a college should play in preparing a student for a future career. Other articles will cover regional opportunities and opportunities within special fields, such as industry, education, insurance, law, the theatre, and the ministry.

Bruce M. Reeves '57, sports editor of the CRIMSON, will edit the booklet, while Robert L. Lenzner '57, business manager of the CRIMSON, will handle the advertising and business aspects.
